Appointments

We try our best to provide timely service to all clients. In order to do that, we suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In the event that you may be running late, we would appreciate you calling ahead. This will give us an opportunity to evaluate the schedule to provide better service to all clients. However, calling ahead does not always ensure that we will be able to serve you at that time.


Cancellations / No-Show

We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our stylist the opportunity to contact other clients that may be on the waiting list. There is a cancellation fee for appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and cash.
